Family Therapy
Family therapy is a psychotherapeutic intervention that facilitates change by observing and addressing how the whole family is functioning as a system. As such, it looks at the roles that each individual member occupies within the unit as well as the relational dynamics between members and how these may be reformed to better suit the family’s emotional wellbeing. Family therapy can help manage and resolve familial conflict, create more effective communication tools as well as promote more meaningful connections between family members.
