My Approach & Values

Snenhlanhla Mshengu is an Educational Psychologist and has spent time working with a number of NGO’s as well as at a hospital in the United Arab Emirates. She is passionate about looking at how culture affects how psychological services are viewed and the major role culture plays in the therapy process.

Sne has experience working with emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, social skills, grief and barriers to learning in both children and adults.

She works from a cognitive-behavioural perspective, but adapts her approach to meet the needs of the individual. Her aim is to provide a secure and warm environment for individuals in order to better allow them to express themselves and realise their potential. Sne offers therapy and assessments in English and isiZulu.
